Holistic, sensory-informed occupational therapy for children and neurodiverse adults.

On the Eastside of Seattle and virtually across Washington State

Hi! I’m Meghan

I’m so glad you’re here.

I’m a Doctor of Occupational Therapy and the heart behind Sunlight OT. My work is rooted in evidence-based, holistic care, using a sensory-informed lens to support whole-person and whole-family wellness. I believe healing and growth happen in connection—within ourselves, our relationships, and our environments.

I bring intention, curiosity, and compassion into everything I do, and I’m deeply committed to creating a space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered. This is more than a practice. It’s a community. I look forward to connecting with you, learning your story, and walking alongside you on your journey.
