Hi! I’m Meghan
Welcome to Sunlight OT
Meghan Winter Crull, OTD, OTR/L
Providing in home and community OT to the Eastside of Seattle (Redmond, Woodinville, Sammamish, Duvall, Carnation). Virtual services throughout Washington state
I’m a Doctor of Occupational Therapy licensed in Washington State, and I feel deeply honored to support the children, families, and adults I have the privilege of working with. Whether you’re a parent navigating your child’s sensory or developmental needs, or an adult seeking support for your own neurodiverse brain and nervous system — you’ve found a space where you truly belong.
Caring for others has always been woven into who I am — from teaching swim lessons and working as a nanny, to now being a mother myself. These experiences have shaped the way I show up in every session: with patience, presence, play, and a whole lot of heart.
I hold a deep passion for supporting not just individuals, but entire family systems — with compassion, curiosity, and without judgment. I believe every child, caregiver, and adult deserves to feel seen, understood, and supported in a way that honors their unique strengths, needs, and rhythms. My work is grounded in evidence-based occupational therapy through a sensory-informed and mindfulness-based lens.
My journey began at the University of Dayton, where I earned my Bachelor’s in Exercise Science, followed by my Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from the University of Indianapolis. I have had the joy of working across a variety of settings with individuals across the lifespan — from newborns to older adults — and for the past eight years I have focused on supporting neurodiverse children and adults through a sensory and mindfulness-informed approach in homes, schools, and virtual settings throughout Washington State.
Through Sunlight Kids OT, I offer family-centered, play-based, in-home occupational therapy for children ages 5–13 on the Eastside of Seattle — including Redmond, Sammamish, Woodinville, Duvall, and Carnation — supporting sensory-motor development, emotional regulation, and the daily routines that help kids thrive.
Through Sunlight Wellness OT, I offer virtual occupational therapy for neurodiverse adults across Washington State — including those navigating late-diagnosed ADHD or autism, sensory processing differences, burnout, anxiety, and executive functioning challenges.
I truly believe the families and individuals I work with come into my life for a reason. I welcome each one as a blessing, and it is an honor to walk alongside you on your journey.
If you feel called to connect, I would love to hear from you.
