I’m a Doctor of Occupational Therapy, licensed in Washington, and I feel deeply honored to support the children and families I work with. Caring for kids has always been part of who I am - from teaching swim lessons and working as a nanny to now being a mom to my own baby. These experiences have shaped the way I show up: with patience, presence, play, and a whole lot of heart.
I hold a strong passion for supporting not just children, but entire family systems with compassion and without judgment. I believe every child and caregiver deserves to feel seen, understood, and supported in a way that honors their unique strengths, needs, and rhythms. My work is grounded in evidence-based occupational therapy, with a focus on helping children build a strong foundation for regulation, connection, and participation in daily life.
My professional journey began at the University of Dayton, where I earned my Bachelor’s in Exercise Science, followed by my Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from the University of Indianapolis. Over the years, I’ve worked across a variety of settings with individuals across the lifespan, from newborns to older adults. For the past eight years I’ve focused on supporting children through a sensory and mindfulness-informed lens in the schools and at home.
I truly believe that the families I work with come into my life for a reason. I welcome each child and caregiver as a blessing, and it is an honor to walk alongside you in your journey.
If you feel called to connect, I would love to hear from you and explore how I can support your child and your family.
Hi! My name is Dr. Meghan Winter Crull.
