Let’s work together

You do better when you know better.

Knowledge creates understanding. Understanding creates acceptance. Acceptance creates belonging — and belonging is where people truly begin to thrive.

I’m Dr. Meghan Winter Crull, a Doctor of Occupational Therapy specializing in sensory processing, nervous system regulation, neurodiversity, and whole-person wellness. I bring evidence-based, warmly delivered education to the organizations, teams, and communities ready to do better for the people in their care.

Whether you’re a school supporting neurodiverse students, a daycare building regulation-friendly classrooms, or a tech company investing in the wellbeing of your employees and working parents — there is a place for this work in your world.

Currently serving the Eastside of Seattle (Redmond, Kirkland, Sammamish, Woodinville, Duvall, and Carnation) and available virtually for organizations across Washington State.

Who I Work With

  • Equip your staff with the knowledge and tools to better understand and support the neurodiverse children in their classrooms and programs. Trainings are practical, engaging, and immediately applicable and provided by an OT with actual school and classroom experience.

    Topics Include:

    • Understanding Sensory Processing & the Neurodiverse Brain

    • Co-Regulation in the Classroom: Tools for Teachers and Aides

    • Supporting Big Emotions and Behavioral Differences

    • Building Sensory-Friendly Learning Environments

    • Recognizing Developmental Red Flags and Next Steps

  • Your employees are your greatest asset — and many of them are quietly struggling. Research shows that a significant percentage of the workforce is neurodivergent, and even more are managing burnout, chronic stress, and nervous system dysregulation without the tools to recover. This isn’t a personal failing. It’s a knowledge gap and it’s one I can help close.

I offer lunch-and-learns, team wellness workshops, and parent employee group sessions designed specifically for high-performing, fast-paced work environments. Sessions can be delivered on-site or virtually, and are tailored to your team’s culture and goals.

    Topics Include:

    • Nervous System Regulation for High-Performing Teams

    • Understanding Neurodiversity in the Workplace: ADHD, Autism & Beyond

    • Burnout, Sensory Overwhelm & the Regulated Brain

    • Sensory Tools for Focus, Productivity & Workplace Wellbeing

    • Supporting Working Parents of Neurodiverse Children

    • Mindfulness & Movement Breaks for the Whole Team

Proudly serving teams in Redmond, Bellevue, and the greater Eastside Seattle tech community

  • I partner with women’s wellness groups, parent organizations, libraries, pediatric clinics, and community centers to bring accessible, evidence-based education directly to the families and individuals who need it most.

    Topics Include:

    • Tummy Time & Infant Sensory Development for New Parents

    • Understanding Your Baby’s Nervous System (and your own)

    • Sensory Play for Early Childhood Development

    • Regulation Tools for the Whole Family

Every session, training, and presentation I offer is tailored to your people and delivered with warmth, humor, and in a judgment-free space where everyone feels welcome exactly as they are. Whether we’re together in person on the Eastside of Seattle or virtually across Washington State, you can expect to leave with real tools, deeper understanding, and a genuine sense of hope.

Here’s a look at two of my most requested presentations — Stress & Wellness and Sensory & Co-Regulation — available for schools, daycares, therapy programs, and corporate teams.

Whether you’re planning a staff training day, a lunch-and-learn for your ERG, or a community workshop for new parents, I would love to hear about your vision and explore how we can make it happen.
