Holistic, sensory-informed occupational therapy for children and neurodiverse adults.
On the Eastside of Seattle and virtually across Washington State
Hi! I’m Meghan
I’m so glad you’re here.
I’m a Doctor of Occupational Therapy and the founder of Sunlight OT. I believe healing and growth happen in connection—within ourselves, with our kids, in our relationships, and to our environments. My work is rooted in knowledge, compassion, and experience. I provide evidence-based, holistic care, using a sensory-informed lens to support whole-person and whole-family wellness.
I bring intention, curiosity, and loving-kindness into everything I do, and I’m deeply committed to creating a space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered. This is more than a practice. It’s a community and an extension of myself. I am privileged to be a friend, a guide, a resource, and a safe space to the children, teachers, families, and people I work with. I look forward to connecting with you, learning your story, and walking alongside you on your journey.

A note from Dr. Meghan, the Occupational Therapist and designer:
Before kids can regulate a feeling, they need to notice it. This thermometer was built to make that noticing concrete — turning “I don’t know how I feel” into a body-based, visual conversation kids can have with themselves and the adults who support them. If you have a child struggling with naming their emotions or finding ways to regulate, using a poster like this can be a great place to start.
